Fingerprint Card Archiving

Fingerprint Archiving The last time you will have to be fingerprinted in Dallas or any location in the United States!

Everyday Dallas Fingerprint clients ask “Why do I have to be fingerprinted again, aren’t I already on file?” or, “ I was in the military for 20 years, why can’t those fingerprints be used?”

Your fingerprint information cannot be shared between states and agencies and the fingerprints will never be kept on file with any agency. Dallas Fingerprinting has the solution with Fingerprint Archiving; a secured server capable of archiving electronic fingerprint files for the purpose of generating hard copies of fingerprint cards as you need them, when you need them.

Printed copies of the FBI FD258 fingerprint cards are generally known as hard-cards. Hard-cards are accepted by all agencies in all states that are requesting fingerprint cards be completed and they are considered equivalent to a set of fingerprints obtained using traditional ink. All archived fingerprint cards are printed using FBI certified printers which help to ensure the print quality will be at or above FBI standards for fingerprint comparisons.

Get Fingerprinted Once – Good for Life!

Fingerprint Archiving is one of the most sought-after services that Dallas Fingerprinting offers. Archiving is a must-have fingerprint solution for businesses and individuals that require multiple state licenses or clearance from several states or agencies periodically. Once printed into the archives, an individual will no longer be inconvenienced to obtain multiple sets of ink fingerprints again and again – you will never pay a trip fee again! You simply call us, order the number of cards you need, pay over the phone and we will print and ship them to you the same day! Very simple and easy!

We stock standard FBI (FD-258), SF87 and ATF cards, but if you require a state specific fingerprint card you can Fed Ex those to our office. We will print the fingerprint cards and Ship them back to your office the same day the request is received.

Hard cards may not be accepted by the state where the fingerprinted individual holds a primary residence, such as Texas. In these cases, the individual may be required to contact their state’s fingerprint agency to obtain live scan if their state has an exclusive fingerprint contract.
